Do you supply the alcohol?
No, in the state of New Jersey we are not allowed to provide alcohol. We are happy to assist you with a suggested quantity list along with preferred vendors that can deliver the alcohol for you, taking the stress out of your day.

What do you supply?
We can supply cups, ice, non-alcoholic mixers, garnishes, straws, napkins, coolers, decor, barware, tools, etc. Let us do all the running around for you!

How does pricing work?
Pricing is customized depending on the the services needed, number of guests, special requests, and hours needed.

Is gratuity included in your fees?
Tips are customary in the bartending business so we offer our customers two options: 1. Allow a tip jar to be placed on the bar for guests. 2. "Hosted Gratuity" There will be no tip jar and the host will pay a agreed upon per person gratuity fee based on number of guests attending the event.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date which can be paid via Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, cash, credit, or check. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event date.

What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is expected to be received 14 days prior to the event unless other arrangements have been made. Types of payment accepted are Cash, Check and Credit Cards. Credit Card payments may be made in advance securely through PayPal and Venmo. Cash App payments also accepted. Take the stress off of a final lump sum payment by arranging a monthly payment plan with us.

Can I just rent a bar or just a bartender?
Yes you can! If you already have the venue or space & just need a bartender, you can hire just our bartenders to service your event. If you would like an unattended stand-alone bar or cocktail table, you can rent a bar or table set up as well.

With over 20 years in the hospitality, restaurant, and bar industry — and more than 30 years of customer service experience — I’ve built my career around creating unforgettable guest experiences. After years of dreaming about stepping into the event world, I finally launched Gather and Pour Events, inspired by planning my own wedding in June 2025. My passion is bringing people together, one perfectly poured drink at a time. Not only can we make a delicious drink, but our main goal is also to take the stress out of hosting and allow you to be a guest at your own party. Let us bring the bar to you, serve your guests, and clean up. We want to see you enjoying your guests, having a fun time, and relaxing without the headache of prepping or cleaning up afterwards.

My Name is Naomi. I am a NJ Board certified bartender/mixologist & also TIPS certified. With over 20 years in the hospitality, restaurant, and bar industry — and more than 30 years of customer service experience — I’ve built my career around creating unforgettable guest experiences. I’ve always believed the best memories are made when people gather, and after years of dreaming about stepping into the event world, I launched Gather and Pour Events. Inspired by planning my own wedding in June 2025, my mission is to bring people together through elevated mobile bar experiences that turn celebrations into lasting memories.
